This FAQ covers the most commonly asked questions about using HumanConcepts Organizational Planning Suite.  If you can't find the answer to your question here, please submit a new support case.


How do I sign-in to HumanConcepts Suite to view my org charts?

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Sign-In page, enter your user name and password
  2. Click the Sign In button.
  3. The first time you sign-in, you may be prompted to change your password:
    • Re-enter the initial password.
    • Enter your new password and re-enter it to confirm.
    • Click the Continue button.
    • Repeat steps 2-3 to sign-in using your new password.

How do I change my password?

After you login, click your user name in the upper / right corner of the blue page header. This will open the My Account page, where you can change your display name and your password.

What if I forgot my password?

Go the HumanConcepts Suite sign-in page and click on forgot your password link. Enter your email address in the User Name field and click the Continue button. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Where can I find the HumanConcepts Suite user guide and admin guide?

After you login, click the Help button in the upper / right corner of the blue page header.

How can I can I learn more about HumanConcepts Suite?

Who should I contact if I need to report a problem about accessing or using HumanConcepts Suite?
