Follow these steps:
After you login, click your user name in the upper / right corner of the blue page header. This will open the My Account page, where you can change your display name and your password.
Go the HumanConcepts Suite sign-in page and click on forgot your password link. Enter your email address in the User Name field and click the Continue button. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
After you login, click the Help button in the upper / right corner of the blue page header.
