HumanConcepts and Insperity


Insperity recently purchased the OrgPlus desktop product line from HumanConcepts and will now provide that software to organizations with up to 1,000 employees. HumanConcepts continues to develop and support the OrgPlus Enterprise product line.

Please read on for guidance on frequently asked questions from OrgPlus Enterprise customers.

HumanConcepts Enterprise Customer Frequently Asked Questions

  • My organization currently uses OrgPlus Enterprise. Will there be any changes for us?
    There will be no changes for OrgPlus Enterprise customers. HumanConcepts will continue to own, support and develop OrgPlus Enterprise as well as provide solutions to organizations with greater than 1000 employees
  • Is my license agreement still in effect?
    Yes. This arrangement changes nothing with OrgPlus Enterprise customers or contracts. All customers and contracts remain with HumanConcepts.
  • Who do I contact for technical support?
    As always, you will continue to contact HumanConcepts for technical support. If you are outside the US, please find additional contact information here.
  • Will the product continue to be named OrgPlus Enterprise?
    The OrgPlus name will go to Administaff with the Desktop product. The name of OrgPlus Enterprise will change in the next six months to 1 year.
  • Will I still be able to use OrgPlus Desktop with my OrgPlus Enterprise implementation?
    Yes. You will continue to go to HumanConcepts for companion desktop licenses.
  • If my organization has standardized on an older version of OrgPlus desktop in conjunction with OrgPlus Enterprise, can we continue to purchase licenses of that version until we’re ready to upgrade?
    Yes.
  • What will happen to my Support and Maintenance coverage on Desktop licenses?
    If you purchased an OrgPlus Support and Maintenance plan, your coverage is still in effect. Continue to renew your plan to keep your Support and Maintenance benefits, which include free upgrades, technical support, discounts on training, and more.
