Pop up contact details
When you hover over the arrow in each chart box, you'll see employee details. You can customize fields to highlight the information which matters to you.
Profile view
Use profile views to expand on the selected employee details. These can be kept open on the screen as you navigate through the chart. You can conduct side by side employee comparisons.
Org tree
By using expand and collapse arrows, the org tree view enables you to quickly see a hierarchical representation of the workforce.
Conditional formats
You can use color coded highlights to alert you when employee statuses are in or out of bounds.
Basic analytics
Basic analytics provides built in formulas to calculate workforce metrics, for example, the diversity ratios in your organisation.
Icon library
You can include intuitive icons in your chart, such as nine box position, to quickly review overall performance metrics at a glance.
